After starting out with some toe touches, her daughter Felicity walked in to watch as her mother performed press-ups and burpees.

The mother-of-three captioned the video: 'I'm getting used to my little mini mc's joining in during a workout!
'It's not easy to stay focused with the children around, I have lost a lot of strength, motivation and energy!
'I miss the gym a lot, but surprisingly I feel quite relaxed about these changes because one day, when it is safe and I go to a gym whilst my children are at school, I will probably miss these moments of cuteness interruptions!'
Three years ago, Christine and Paddy's twins Penelope and Leo, 6, were diagnosed with autism and the couple revealed in February that their four-year-old daughter Felicity has recently been given the same diagnosis.

Last month, Christine revealed her three children, who have all been diagnosed with autism, have been finding it difficult being at home in isolation during the coronavirus pandemic. 
In a candid interview on This Morning via video link, Christine explained that she and husband Paddy have been 'struggling' with keeping their kids at ease while staying at home. 
She explained that her daughter Penelope is particularly struggling with the change of being stuck indoors, as she suffers from anxiety too.

Christine confessed. 'Online we try to keep it positive and fun, but at home we are struggling.'
She said: 'We never spend this much time together, but we’re doing alright, we have our moments, but we’re doing okay.
'We've spent years trying to persuade the kids to go out and go to new places and now we're asking them to stay inside. We're struggling.'
Adding that Penelope in particular is finding it difficult, Christine said: 'My daughter, Penelope, really struggles with anxiety as well as autism.
